Delegation Of Powers
(1) The Committee may so delegate some of the powers conferred to it by this Act that such powers may be exercised by the Secretary General, Secretary or any other officer.
(2) The Secretary General may so delegate some of the powers conferred to him or her that such powers may be exercised by the Secretary, Secretariat Secretary or any other officer.
